Born in Seville, Sylvia Pantoja grew up in a flamenco family and started performing as a teen.
Released her debut album 18 primaveras in 1987 and toured internationally across Mexico, Japan, and Germany.
Known for mixing flamenco roots with pop and Latin sounds—her voice always front and center.
Represented Spain in the OTI Festival in 2000 with “Volver al sur”.
Recent releases include Ni puta ni santa, a fiery track that leads a trilogy of raw, personal songs.
