SITGES (BARCELONA) – Today, AFGAL, the organising body for Sitges Pride, unveiled the official program for the 2025 event, which will see over 50 performers take to the main stage during the 5-day festival.
The “Pride Village” on the seafront of Sitges Psg Ribera will serve as epicenter of the pride celebrations featuring top tribute acts honouring Whitney Houston, Robbie Williams, Katy Perry, Cher, Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Kylie, Pink, and ABBA.
The shows form part of a free, open air, five-day program of evening performances on the main stage, starting at 8 pm each night.
Alongside a range of local talent from Sitges, Saturday features a headline set by special guest Sylvia Pantoja (@sylviapantoja), whose powerful voice and stage presence fuse flamenco roots with pop and Latin rhythms in a performance full of energy and flair.
Wednesday night features “Drag Domination”—a five-hour celebration with top international drag performers including Karla Bear, Drag With No Name, and Mary Mac, joined by local favourites such as Lady Diamond.
The Sitges Drag Starz programme, led by Miss Mars, brings a nightly showcase of top Barcelona and Garraf queens in fresh, live performances.
In collaboration with Sitges Town Hall, SITGES ORGULL presents a series of events and performances that highlight local culture and identity.
Events begin on Wednesday, June 4th, with an official opening ceremony on the Pride Main Stage, headlined by journalist and television personality Víctor Sandoval, a Sitges resident.
A Family Day on Saturday afternoon from 4.30 pm will include kid-friendly activities, magicians, and entertainment.
Catalan cultural highlights include a performance of the traditional Catalan “Sardanas” dance. The Sardana Orgullosa presented by Treu La Llengua de l’armari, will be danced on Sunday, June 8 at 16:30 in front of the stage, just before the Parade begins.
Plataforma per la llengua claims LGTBIQ+ pride, which is why it supports and participates in Sitges Pride for the second year, from where it defends Catalan as a language of celebration, vindication, and pride, as well as an heritage and a sign of the collective identity of all Sitgetans and all Catalans.
Plataforma per la llengua collaborates with Sitges Pride to ensure it has continuity in the future, presenting the performance of Barcelona’s high-voltage diva, Alex Marteen, on Friday 6th, at 10 pm.
Sunday’s, June 8th post-parade party in Pride Village will feature world-class DJs and five hours of music and dancing. The 14th edition concludes with a high-energy performance by 21st Century ABBA—winners of the National Tribute Music Awards—joined by the leading global tribute to Pink in a spectacular double bill.
ADDICTED, one of the world’s most famous gay brands will host “Bad Behaviour” on Saturday night at 10.30. Not for the faint-of-heart, the event, hosted by International Drag Act Mary Mac, will showcase the best of the brand’s Summer collection in a fun and interactive way! Expect over 20 of the hottest models from Barcelona and beyond, plus some surprises, giveaways and great music.
The Sitges High Heel Race returns after a successful re-launch last year. The event transforms the Pride Village into Sitges most glamorous race course. The race begins on Saturday June 7th from 6.30 pm. A fiercely competitive event will see more than 50 participants battle it out for pole position during a series of hilarious tasks.
Prizes include a set of Pride VIP passes for Saturday night, EUR 500 in drinks vouchers and the Title of Queen of the Paseo 2025! Interested participants can pre-register online and high-heels will be provided, or you can wear your own, but they have to be at least 7.5 cm in height.
Local gay businesses will host special parties and events throughout the five days of Pride. With more than 25 different gay bars, Sitges has something to suit all tastes, from Broadway musical nights to legendary drag dinner shows, cruising bars, to dance clubs.
Cinderella by Scandal, Sitges late night LGBTQIA+ club will host a series of theme nights running from Wednesday to Sunday, from 1 am until 6 am with the leading DJs from the international circuit scene.
The Official Sitges Pride Website allows visitors to plan their entire night out, showcasing the best events each night.
The highlight of Sitges Pride is the Parade. The route will make its way across the Sitges Seafront on Sunday, June 8th, at 5 pm. More than 2,000 participants and 21 floats will celebrate “Pride on the Paseo”.
Colors Sitges Link presents its Pride Month 2025 programme with a mix of cultural, educational and activist events designed to celebrate diversity and community spirit. For the first time, the organisation will join the Sitges Pride Parade with its own float—activist and combative—funded in part by selling places on board and with support from Pride Sitges, who have donated two VIP tickets.
The programme includes cinema, workshops, theatre, and debates with a strong focus on visibility, health, and intergenerational connection.
Highlights include a voguing workshop with Dayfer Miranda, the queer poetry gathering Aquelarre, a floral carpet for Corpus Christi 2025, rapid STI testing, and a cultural outing to the Mostra Fire! film festival.
Events like the café-theatre DELIRIUM, laughter therapy sessions, and the book launch of Tócame a oscuras by Ian Bermúdez underline their call for a Pride rooted in resistance, awareness and community care.
Endimaris Sitges LGTBIQ+ Film Festival will be unveiling this year’s edition poster on Saturday night on the Sitges Pride stage. The festival, to be held at the end of October, is a showcase for the best LGTBIQ+-themed audiovisual productions, both national and international.
After several years’ absence, Sitges much-loved Pool Party returns on Thursday afternoon. The event takes over the luxurious Clos La Plana, a stunning Modernist villa with a pool, just 5-minutes from Sitges.
On Saturday Afternoon, Le Patio Restaurant on Calle Bonaire opens its terrace for an afternoon of bottomless mimosas, live drag shows, sexy strippers and delicious bits as Pride presents its inaugural Sitges Drag Brunch from 1 pm to 4.30 pm. Tickets are limited and are expected to sell out in advance.
Sitges Pride plays a critical role in LGBTQIA+ tourism promotion and has an important economic impact for the town:

Sitges hotels and apartments report an almost 100% occupancy for the event, an especially welcome development after the years of pandemic restrictions.
The top 10 nationalities of people visiting the Pride in 2024 were: Spain, the United Kingdom, France, Holland, Germany, Switzerland, Ireland, the United States, Italy and Sweden.
